What payment methods are supported?

We support mobile money via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money in Uganda, and M-Pesa (Safaricom) and Airtel Money in Kenya. More payment channels coming soon.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees. It's completely free to get started. You only pay transaction fees when you process payments.

How do the fees break down?

Deposits: 3% processing + 1.5% gateway = 4.5% total.
Withdrawals: 2.5% processing + 2% gateway = 4.5% total.
The gateway fee is our platform margin. The processing fee goes to the payment provider.

How quickly are funds settled?

Collections are credited to your Abomax Pay wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. Payouts to mobile money wallets are processed in real time.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No long-term contracts. Use Abomax Pay on a pay-as-you-go basis with no minimum transaction requirements.
